Mentoring is a wonderful way to receive consistent, one-on-one support by one of our dedicated and trained Mentors. You can request weekly appointments and work on issues that concern you the most. We’ll add you to our contact list and our Mentoring Coordinator, Nina Homnack, will contact you directly.
Are you grieving the loss of a relationship, job or spouse; are you experiencing the symptoms or depression or anxiety; are you suffering from loneliness? These are a sample of shared experiences that many of us face, and there is no need to “go it alone.”
We offer a variety of support groups. Coming this Spring, we will be offering the following groups:
Divorce Recovery Group: We are currently working to provide Divorce Recovery Workshops with Karen Gould, MFT. The dates and times will be posted soon.
Women’s Support Group: With an Emphasis on Depression & Anxiety. Facilitated by Louise Taylor, MFT & Annette Glass, MFTI. New session will begin on Thursday evenings, May 16 through June 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., for 6 weeks. Cost: $10/session (cash or check only, please). During the group, areas of discussion will include: self-assessment tools, assertiveness training, and information about codependence, depression and anxiety.
