*Coming in JUNE* An 8-week psycho-educational class, entitled: The Gifts of Imperfection, based on the research of Brene Brown and facilitated by Diane Shrock, MFT. This group will help create a deeper understanding of how you navigate through life and inspire you to decrease feelings of shame, fear and isolation. Participants will experience the power of community plus creativity while learning and practicing the tools to live a life of courage. We each desire to feel valued and connected with others in a meaningful and authentic way. Discover how to own your life story and begin to accept yourself and others wholeheartedly. Through recognition of the lens you see life through and the masks you create to protect yourself, you will begin to define your own unique triggers or areas that create shame, defensiveness and fear – thus inviting barriers to living a connected life with others. This group will forever change your life!
