Anne Martin, JD

Anne is a certified Professional Performance Coach, workshop conductor and speaker whose mission is to inspire and empower women to create meaningful success.  After a fifteen year legal career, she reinvented herself as  a leader in a renowned direct selling company, where she trained, coached and mentored  hundreds of women.  Now, as a coach and speaker, she combines her professional and leadership experience and coaching skills to guide women to create more joyful, abundant and meaningful lives for themselves.

Barbara Tyler

Barbara Tyler grew up in Medford, OR and was the first person in her family to graduate from college. After graduating from Southern Oregon University Barbara moved to the Bay Area and became an elementary teacher, vice-principal and consultant to school districts in the State Department of Education in Sacramento. Making a major career change, Barbara became a residential real estate agent, where she enjoyed a very successful career, honored as the #1 real estate agent internationally with Coldwell Banker. She lives in Menlo Park with her husband, Tom Curran, where her community service includes conducting workshops for women in Goal Setting.

Barbara has been featured in articles in Worth Magazine, The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury News, The Menlo Park Country Almanac, The Palo Alto TribuneThe San Francisco Business Times and Oakland Tribune. She was the recipient of the Gentry Magazine Community Stars Award for giving back to her community. On any given day, you may find Barbara hiking, gardening or working with teachers in East Palo Alto through the Adopt a Teacher program.

Lisa Stotlar, MA

Lisa has been a career counselor, workshop trainer and program director in educational, nonprofit and corporate settings since 1990. She has successfully helped thousands of people discover and celebrate their gifts and find meaningful work.

Marcia Davis-Cannon, MBA

Marcia Davis-Cannon had a 20-year corporate career in operations, finance and product management before following a new calling. She has an MBA from Wharton and a coaching certificate from Western Seminary. Marcia is a career transition coach, and also director of large group meetings for Career Actions Ministry and active with her Toastmasters International club. She brings a passion for helping people work through barriers to get in touch with their purpose and take action to find, create, and keep work that is meaningful. Marcia offers private coaching as well as leading “Uncover Your Calling” and “Uncover Your Narrative groups. She is also a frequent keynote speaker, an avid contra dancer, and a big fan of live theatre.

Philippa Perkin

As Executive Director of Tools4Communication and a Certified Transformational Coach, Philippa brings a wealth of expertise in Communication & Assertiveness, Stress & Anger Management as well as empowers women with both vision and life purpose. She has served to many different groups and individuals including at-risk youth, women inmates, women in rehabilitation, women’s church retreats, business professionals and parents alike, as well as Philippa serves on the Board of Directors here at Deborah’s Palm.

Philippa is committed to empowering women to be more confident and effective in communication both personally and professionally. She offers practical, educational tools that strengthen and equip women to make the desired changes that promote positive growth.
